Refund and Returns Policy

FAN ALOUD takes utmost care in ensuring all individual product units are of the highest quality. Since the products are meant for personal use, returning perfumes and other goods is not a viable policy. However, only in the case of Agar Ouds, a client may use 1 gram of the product and, in the rare case they’re not satisfied, can return the product.

Refund And Returns Policy Instructions below:

Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.
Returns will be accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect with the product or a mismatch of the product.
Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Fan Aloud Perfumes item tags attached and any related sampling pieces and booklets included.
Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns or anything we at Fan Aloud reasonably believe has been used will not be accepted and will therefore be sent back to the customer.
Return charges are not applicable if you meet the above conditions.
